The Process

At our first website design meeting, please bring the following:

Any existing branding, graphics, and print collateral that you want reflect in the new website design
Photos preferably on CD that you might want to include
Copy that you wish to include if you have it
Links to sites that you like and what you like about them
A brief list of phrases that you imagine someone putting into a search engine having your site coming up at the top
Anything else that helps us understand your vision for your website
Information about your domain name registration if you have one
Links to your social media accounts
These can all be in preliminary states, but this will help studio x to determine the exact quote that we can offer you on your project. We will also discuss payment options at this time.

studio x will then propose a cost for the work to be done.
With your agreement on cost, studio x will provide you with a detailed written proposal
Both studio x and you, the client, will agree on the work outlined in the proposal as the work to be done at the proposed cost
All content to be included in the new website must be in our hands for the work to begin along with an agreed upon deposit
Within 7 – 10 working days, studio x will provide you with several design mock-ups for your comments & approval. You might choose some elements from each design and studio x will synthesize these in a final mockup for your approval
Once the design is approved, the building of the site will begin
